blow moulds. sTPM is very well known
for the mold making and caters largely to the plastic
processing industry. The Tool Room division of the company
comes into the existence in the year 1986. Since then it has
grown from strength to strength and is poised to become one of

TPM
tool room have capabilities of making very small injection
mold to large injection molds of size up to 1500 X 1500 x 1000
(all sizes in mm) and weight up to 7 tons with
component weight as small as 2 grams
to 5000 grams. The motto of TPM is Do it right the
first time. It believes that Quality & Delivery are the
foundation of growth & its goal is that no tool should
be returned back because of tool making.

Every Mold is
tested on molding machines for product dimensions and smooth
running of mold, with small production runs.
The company has installed
Injection Molding machines, both indigenous & imported with
clamping tonnage starting from 80 ton to 850 ton and most of
them are CNC Controlled machines, which can produce highly
sophisticated, molded components. With its present plant it is
able to Mould the component ranging from 2 gms to 5Kgs from
different types of Plastics Materials With these machines
company is manufacturing plastics molded items for different
industries like Automobiles and white goods, Electronic
Industry, Engineering Industry Home Appliances, Sports,
Medical, Cycle Industry etc.
The company has produced some products as per the European
standard and exports the same to Ireland, Germany etc.
Molding Plant delivers products
of optimal level of quality. TPM has stringent quality
control due to which hardly any defected quality or unwanted

It is equipped with the modern
Paint Shop having latest technique for painting thus enables
it to perform wold class quality finishing.
The Swiss ultrasonic welding
machine empowers it to assemble any type of plastic products
with the ultimate finish.
The Cassette Unit is equipped
with imported duplicating and automatic loading plant from
USA. The company is manufacturing both Pre-recorded as well as
Blank Audio Cassettes under its own brand name ‘TPM
Audio Cassettes’ and ‘Sarab Sanjhi Gurbani'. The unit is also
engaged in under taking the job works of renowned Cassette
Companies as well as renowned folk singers. As there are
numerous small Music companies in the State (Punjab) and
almost none of them own Cassette manufacturing set up, so
there is a great demand for Job Work. The company is premier
in producing Devotional cassettes for Sikhs and have great
reputation among them.
In its way towards
Diversification & expansion the Company started a range of
Road Safety Products under a Brand DARK-EYE to protect
National properties and lives. The Company got Technical
know-how from South Korean. Company is presently manufacturing
Road Studs, Delineators, Spring Posts, Guide Posts, Rear
Reflectors, Chevron Posts, Speed Humps etc, and going to
introduce many more items in the coming period. It is
supplying the above products to the Govt. and Semi Govt.
departments like PWD, Municipal Corporation, Construction
companies, Police, Para-military forces, Army and other
Government & Semi Governments bodies engaged in the
development of Roads, Highways, Bridges across the country.
The products have been highly appreciated by the Technical
Heads of the various bodies. The products have shown a
revolutionary impact in Road safety measures and are widely
accepted by the market. The company has also started exporting
its road safety products to different countries.
